Certified Coach Rogers R. Vigne has a strong, passionate desire to see everyone reach their professional goals in life. Having nearly two decades of professional experience, a wide array of the awards and recognition, training and experiences, as well as personal successes and failures has led him to offer his knowledge and wisdom via My Digital Self, LLC. He fully understands the various stages of professional evolution: from student to worker, worker to expert, expert to teacher, from teacher to leader and lifetime researcher.
He started working corporate-level jobs at age 15, earned degrees in both the information sciences and leadership, certifications in various skill-sets to understand and breakdown problems, speaks publicly (former Toastmaster), and has also served many years within a world renown christian-based ministry. Rogers has worked for several Fortune 500 companies and has volunteered time assisting those in need from children to the elderly.
